Platform rules for browsing, booking, payment, support, and related Yes-Rentcar services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Yes-Rentcar platform, including browsing, booking, payment, support, and related services.
By using the website or completing a booking, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any related policies referenced on the platform.
2. Platform Role
Yes-Rentcar operates an online platform that connects customers with independent vehicle hosts.
Yes-Rentcar manages bookings, selected payment flows, certain customer support processes, and the optional Full Coverage/CDW Vehicle offered on the platform.
3. Eligibility and Account Information
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a booking or interacting with the platform.
Yes-Rentcar may suspend, reject, or cancel a booking if required information is false, incomplete, misleading, or inconsistent with booking requirements.
4. Booking Process
All bookings are subject to payment verification, fraud review, and vehicle availability confirmation.
A booking is not considered final until Yes-Rentcar issues confirmation.
5. Pricing and Fees
Booking prices are displayed on the platform and may include vehicle rental charges, service fees, optional add-ons, and any other charges shown during Rental Payment.
Service fees charged by Yes-Rentcar are non-refundable unless Yes-Rentcar expressly states otherwise in writing.
6. Payment Terms
Payments on the website may be processed by approved payment providers such as Stripe and may be made using supported credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay where available.
Yes-Rentcar may delay, reject, cancel, or review a transaction for fraud, payment failure, compliance, or operational reasons.
7. Security Deposit and Full Coverage/CDW
At Rental Payment, the customer may be offered the choice to purchase Yes-Rentcar Full Coverage/CDW or proceed with the applicable security deposit option shown for the booking.
If Yes-Rentcar Full Coverage/CDW is purchased, the customer should not be asked to leave a separate security deposit at pickup.
If Full Coverage/CDW is not purchased, the booking flow will state whether the security deposit must be paid online at Rental Payment or in cash at pickup.
8. Coverage Exclusions
Yes-Rentcar Full Coverage/CDW applies only to eligible collision-related claims and only as described in the applicable rental agreement and policy documents.
Full Coverage/CDW does not cover stains, scratches, paint damage, liquid spills, interior damage, windshield damage, smoking, reckless driving, misuse, negligence, or any breach of the rental agreement.
9. Host and Customer Responsibilities
Hosts remain responsible for the vehicles they list, including lawful authority to rent, vehicle condition, maintenance, availability, and safe handover.
Customers remain responsible for complying with booking rules, presenting valid documents, using the vehicle lawfully, and returning the vehicle in the agreed condition.
10. Claims, Disputes, and Deductibles
Yes-Rentcar may manage claims and disputes between customers and hosts within the scope of the rental agreement and platform policies.
Where applicable, a deductible of 40,000 ECV – 100.000 ECV may be charged to the saved payment method or applied against the security deposit in accordance with the rental agreement.
11. Cancellations, No-Show, and Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable Refund Policy, the booking terms, and any non-refundable fees disclosed during Rental Payment.
If the customer does not show up within 24 hours and does not notify Yes-Rentcar or the host, the booking may be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
12. Limitation of Platform Responsibility
Yes-Rentcar does not assume responsibility for host negligence, poor vehicle maintenance, unsafe vehicle condition, false host statements, or unlawful host conduct.
Users remain responsible for their own conduct, legal compliance, and use of the platform and booked vehicles.
13. Policy Updates
Yes-Rentcar may update these Terms and Conditions, the Refund Policy, or related platform policies from time to time. The version in effect at the time of booking will generally apply to that booking unless the law requires otherwise.
